Returns Policy
Shipping
We process shipments Monday through Friday. While we strive to ship orders on the same day they are placed, it is not guaranteed. Orders may take up to 48 business hours to ship. All shipments are handled through Canada Post, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, as delays caused by Canada Post are beyond our control. While we will assist in resolving issues, we cannot take responsibility for late deliveries once the package has left our facility.
Returns
We offer a 30-day refund guarantee, starting from the date your order was delivered. After this 30-day period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number. Be sure to include your order number and specify the items you wish to return. Returns sent without a valid return authorization number may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow several weeks for inspection as all returns undergo a thorough Quality Assurance process.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the product(s); however, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
